In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

For Used Parts:

• The Goods were delivered within the last 30 days.
• The Goods are in the original packaging with all included accessories.
• No physical damage caused by you.
• The Goods have not been modified, tampered with, or attempted to repair.
• You must provide an uncut unboxing video of the package.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is FAULTY, DEAD or DAMAGED.

For Marketplace Items:

• The Goods were delivered within the last 48 hours.
• The Goods are in the original packaging with all included accessories.
• No physical damage caused by you.
• The Goods have not been modified, tampered with, or attempted to repair.
• You must provide an uncut unboxing video of the package.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is FAULTY, DEAD or DAMAGED.

For Mini PCs:

• No physical damage caused by you.
• The Goods have not been modified, tampered with, or attempted to repair.

For New Pre-Built PCs:

• The Goods are in the original packaging with all included accessories.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
